The author of the Dixie Chicks Frequently Asked Questions page is Texas native who is who is currently serving in Iraq. I am deeply disappointed by the irresponsible, hateful, and hurtful statements made by singer Natalie Maines, and I do not support her beliefs, nor the reprehensible behaviour of her and the Dixie Chicks which has continued over the last three years. However, this website was created to serve their fans, and I will continue to do so, regardless of politics.
